Hellen Nyamiaka Mwanzia
Biography
Hellen Nyamiaka Mwanzia is a licensed clinical social worker, therapist, and education advocate with over ten years of dedicated service as Student Affairs Director for the Rubonama Education Foundation. In this role, she has supported students across Kenya through initiatives focused on educational access, mentorship, and advocacy.
She holds a master's degree in Social Work and Leadership and brings a trauma-informed, community-centered approach to her work. Guided by her lived experiences, Hellen is deeply committed to the transformative power of second chances and views education as a vital pathway to empowerment and long-term success.
Beyond her professional career, Hellen is a mother, grandmother, and entrepreneur. She remains committed to strengthening individuals, families, and communities through education, healing, and leadership.
